Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying Bajío Sunglasses or Bajío Gear in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.

Repairs & Warranty

DID SOMETHING HAPPEN TO YOUR SUNGLASSES?

Did something happen to your sunglasses? We want to get you back out on the water as soon as possible and are here to help you with either Warranty or Repairs. Depending on the circumstances of the damage, we can service your favorite pair of shades under our Repair (life happens!) or Warranty (our mistake) policies.

For both Warranty and Repair, we’ll need from you a picture of the damage or issue so we can best help you.

Repair Policy

Life happens. If you damage your Bajío sunglasses, we can help. Broken frames, scratched lenses? Our customer service team is just a phone call or email away. Since we make our products in Florida, chances are we can repair your sunglasses and have you back out on the water quickly.

Repair Costs

If you need to have your Bajio Sunglasses repaired, we can help. We’ll need a photo of the damage so we can give you the correct price and be prepared in our Florida manufacturing center to take best care of your shades when they arrive.

Cost for repairs not covered by our warranty:

  • FRAMES: $75/PAIR
  • GLASS LENS: $95/PAIR
  • PLASTIC LENS: $65/PAIR
Warranty Policy

If there’s a problem with your Bajío sunglasses because of something we did, we’ll make it right and repair/replace your sunglasses at no charge.

Because the lawyers make us do it, here is the fine print of our Warranty Policy:

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY - EYEWEAR

  • 1. All of our original, retail Bajío branded eyewear products are covered, to the original owner, by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage (e.g., scratches, cracks, or hinge damage) caused by accident, alteration, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or use in connection with accessories or other products not provided by Bajío for use with the products.
  • 2. If your original, unaltered product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. If we choose to replace your product rather than repair it, we may replace it with a reasonably equivalent style if your original style is not available, or we may at our option offer you a credit toward the purchase of a replacement.
  • 3. Damage not covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty may be repaired at the Company’s prevailing charges and fees for repairs This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to products sold through our website or other direct sales channels, or purchased from authorized distributors or retailers. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products which may be obtained through aftermarket or unauthorized dealers, to any products which are purchased or received used from the original purchaser, or to products sold as factory seconds, “reconditioned”, “renewed”, “restored”, or similar classifications.

ITEMS OTHER THAN EYEWEAR

Bajío does not provide a warranty for any non-eyewear goods purchased from the Company.
