As an artist, where do you start when partnering with Bajio? Fish sketches, right? No. For tattoo artist and Cutthroat trout guide Casey Anderson, it all began with the Eagle. He created Eagle artwork to grace the Bajio bus, which Jay Johnson drives all over the country to spread the gospel of fly fishing. Casey chose the Eagle because, in tattoo terms, a big eagle is an important chest tattoo throughout history—the chest being the heart and soul, our core. The Eagle, who is also a great fisherman , was strategically drawn on the hood, over the engine or the heart of the bus. Not only does this Eagle artwork appear on the Bajio bus, it’s also tattooed on the back of Bajio Founder & CEO Al Perkinson (his first and only tattoo mind you), and of course on these killer tees and hats. Take life by the talons in your Eagle apparel by Casey Anderson.
All of our tees are made from chemical & pesticide-free 100% Certified Organic, combed, ringspun cotton.
What does this mean? In non-organic cotton, the strength of the fibers are broken down by chemicals causing weakness and damage to the material. Because organic cotton uses no pesticides, chemicals or fertilizers, organic cotton grows stronger, lasts longer and is exponentially better for the planet.
Our full cut tees are dyed with DyStar Low Impact Dyes, GOTS Certified, and garment washed to remove most shrinkage.
To Care for Organic Cotton:
- Machine wash cold
- Wash with like colors
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low
- Do not iron artwork
