Although we do all we can to make every pair perfect, sometimes we make mistakes. If, there’s a problem with your Bajío sunglasses because of something we did, we’ll make it right. Our customer service team will assess the damage using a few pictures you can send in to determine that it meets the criteria for a warranty failure. If it does, we’ll get a new pair of shades into your hands as soon as we can. If it doesn’t, we’re happy to help you with a Repair.
Bajío does not provide a warranty for any non-eyewear goods purchased from the Company.
Life happens. If you damage your Bajío sunglasses we can help. Broken frames, scratched lenses? Our customer service team is just a phone call or email away. Since we make our products in Florida, chances are we can repair your sunglasses and have you back out on the water quickly. We offer a flat rate charge of $85 for any repair and can usually turn them around within 48 hours from our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your Bajío sunglasses for any reason, we’ll work with you to make it right. You can return or exchange Sunglasses or Gear in its original condition and packaging in a reasonable amount of time, usually 30 days from purchase. We’ll help you find the perfect replacement pair or provide you with a refund. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
To make gifting easier, we are extending the holiday season return period. Orders fulfilled on bajiosunglasses.com from Nov. 1st through Dec. 25th can be returned or exchanged for free until February 1st, 2023.
All orders placed after Dec. 25th include our standard 30-day return and exchange policy.
Orders on our website can only be shipped within the United States with no international countries at this time. Orders placed by 12pm EST on business days will usually ship the same day for in stock items and shipped via standard shipping. You will have the ability to select expedited shipping. Allow 1-2 business days to build and ship out of stock sunglasses. Prescription orders require up to 2 weeks for processing and will ship via standard shipping when complete. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
