Last summer we put out an application for our college ambassador program. We told our ambassadors this: write us a blog about fishing at your school and in exchange, we’ll send you Bajío shades and merch.

Each blog outlines the species you can catch, where you can target them, and whether you’ll be able to find friends to go get 'em with.

The purpose of this program is to help high school seniors and new college freshmen find their way around a new fishery. We’re not going to drop you a pin to our brush piles but we’ll at least tell you where to launch, where to buy tackle, and give you a leg up on where to meet other young anglers.

You only have four years, so you better make the most of them.
