RETURN POLICY:

The bajiosunglasses.com return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of qualifying Bajío Sunglasses or Bajío Gear in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • PRINT LABEL

    We will email a Return Authorization number to you. Please print this Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the return shipment so we can process your return.

  • YOUR PREFERRED SHIPPER

  • EMAIL CONFIRMATION

    We’ll send you an email confirmation once we receive and assess your return. Then we will send you a second email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • REFUND CREDIT

    Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.

  • LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY - EYEWEAR
  1. All of our original, retail Bajío branded eyewear products are covered, to the original owner, by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage (e.g., scratches, cracks, or hinge damage) caused by accident, alteration, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or use in connection with accessories or other products not provided by Bajío for use with the products.
  1. If your original, unaltered product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. If we choose to replace your product rather than repair it, we may replace it with a reasonably equivalent style if your original style is not available, or we may at our option offer you a credit toward the purchase of a replacement.
  1. Damage not covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty may be repaired at the Company’s prevailing charges and fees for repairs – see Repairs page for current information regarding repairs.
  1. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to products sold through our website or other direct sales channels, or purchased from authorized distributors or retailers. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to products which may be obtained through aftermarket or unauthorized dealers, to any products which are purchased or received used from the original purchaser, or to products sold as factory seconds, “reconditioned”, “renewed”, “restored”, or similar classifications.
  •  ITEMS OTHER THAN EYEWEAR

Bajío does not provide a warranty for any non-eyewear goods purchased from the Company.
