In a small Mexican town of just 375 people, one man lived out on the flats. His home was a small Island in Xcalak, Mexico. Bugs, bonefish, and unbelievable heat made it almost inhospitable, but he prevailed.

The Legend Behind the Lens

Nato, is a legend. He’s a fly fishing pioneer and a living relic of times past. When men lived on flats, ate what they could catch, and didn’t have iPads.

We named one of our OG xtra-large frames after him. It's got wide temples to block light, and durable construction fit for a man living off-grid.
