When you build a business from scratch you’ve got to prioritize your customers because you’re not big enough to lose them. Three years ago we were sending out a few pairs a day, now we’re sending hundreds, maybe thousands. It’s because our customers come back and here’s why.

We put our call center onshore, not on an island you can’t pronounce, or in a basement abroad. We couldn’t afford to move our operation to the unknown, but we were able to get it to the beach– New Smyrna Beach. We decided to stay onshore, and forever will. While we like chasing billfish past the canyon, we'll always take our calls well inside of it. 

This means that when you call Bajío, you are calling the factory where our sunglasses are made– right here in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Where “We’ll Check” means walking 60 feet to the lab. Where “We’ll cover it” means we’ll send you a new pair. Here at Bajío, we make it right; fast. No hoops to jump through, no oceans to cross, and no robots to battle via keypad. Fishing is hard enough, getting the shades to do it shouldn’t be.
